Matthew specializes in a gentle yet powerful mind-body approach to hypnotherapy. This approach shares principles with meditation, energy work, and yoga. In addition to the profound healing experiences which arise from hypnosis, Matthew offers his clients practical skills to reach their inner source of healing outside their sessions. He is as comfortable helping with issues of stubborn emotions and behaviors as he is with uncommon cases of trauma and abuse. Awareness, transparency, and trust are the foundations of his practice, which has been helping clients in Utah County since 2013.
